Poseidon is looking down at a young Osomatsu and Choromatsu, who have been caught trying to sneak too far out of the reef, the very first time they attempted it. The others, meanwhile, huddle behind Poseidon and snicker as they watch their brothers get scolded, though they are ultimately not exempt either...Poseidon reaches around and picks up the youngest three plus Karamatsu in one hand, then scoops Osomatsu and Choromatsu in his other. The red and green mers bicker indecipherably for a moment until they're yanking on each others' fins or pulling on clothing and accessories until the other cries uncle.
...but a roll of thunder overhead ceases the fighting, and all six of the children swim up towards Poseidon's face, disappearing with quick little flashes of color into his hair.]
