Uh... well... you see...
[ He looks away and starts fidgeting again, one hand going up to where the pendant was until a few hours ago ]
I... have fallen in love. With... two humans. They have both returned my feelings and like each other too, so we entered a... relationship of sorts.
[ He pauses, his eyes starting to sting again as he recalls what happened just a few hours previous ]
But... my father has found out.
