karappo: <user name=gabbie> (she kept crying and asking)

[This honestly couldn't have gone any worse than it did, and it seems like Poseidon's outburst carried farther than just Choromatsu's little grotto. The area of the sea on the trek home is entirely deserted, though he can sense a few merfolk and other sea life watching him as he passes. He also knows that his other sons are probably watching through whatever means they can, stacked up on top of one another to peer around the corner as Poseidon moves into the reef. They know better than to say anything, simply watching...listening, able to hear Choromatsu sobbing as Poseidon carries him, refusing to even look at him while he holds his pendant in his other hand. It's probably an alarming sight to the others, but Poseidon is too upset himself to sit them down and explain right now.

But that still leaves him with what to do with Choromatsu...he has the power to keep him from shore with the sea being directed to reject him physically if he tries, so there's no reason for him to keep him locked in a room or something similar.

In the end, he decides to head for his own room, swimming until he finds a place to settle so he can hold his arm out and look down at Choromatsu, still crying into his hand.]

...you know I do not want to do this. But you leave me with no choice.
